On October 11, the Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base of Wei Hai CreditFan Ventilator Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled at the company headquarters. This is a new honor for our company in the field of technological research and development, following the Weihai Municipal Technology Research and Development Center, the Weihai Municipal Axial Flow Fan Engineering Technology Research and Development Center, and the Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation.

The Shandong Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base is an important measure implemented by Shandong Province to further promote postdoctoral work in enterprises, further integrate the scientific research resources of universities and enterprises, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity. Established in May 2014 by the Shandong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, in accordance with the spirit of the Notice on Issues Concerning the Construction of Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Bases (No. 21 [2011] issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee) and the relevant provisions of the Management Measures for Shandong Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Bases (No. 16 [2014] issued by the Shandong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department), a total of 38 enterprises across the province were selected, with only 2 in Weihai.
