From 1961 to 1968, he worked in the design department of Chengdu Aircraft Factory (Plant 132) as a designer;

From 1968 to 1986, he worked at the China Helicopter Research Institute (Institute 602), engaged in the design and research of helicopters, serving as the group leader of the aviation department's vibration and aging research group;

From 1987 to 1988, he worked at the state-owned Jinan Fan Factory as the head of the design department;

From 1988 to 1993, he worked at Jinan Shanquan Axial Flow Fan Factory as the factory director;

From 1994 to 1999, he worked at Shandong CREDIT Technology Company as the general manager;

From August 1999 to the present, he has served as the chairman of the CREDIT Group;

From September 2001 to December 2011, he served as the chairman and general manager of CREDIT;

From December 2011 to August 2022, he served as the chairman of CREDIT;

From August 2022 to the present, he has served as a director of CREDIT.
