On November 2nd, over 400 students from Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) campus, accompanied by Chen Wei, the manager of the Technology Department, and Li Zhengwei, the secretary of the Youth League Committee, visited the production site of Wei Hai CreditFan Ventilator Co., Ltd.'s rail transit division and Weihai CREDIT Thermal Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. This factory visit was part of the "HIT Students Visit CREDIT Factory" public welfare activity, now in its third year of collaboration between our company's Youth League Committee and the Youth League Committee of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai).

On December 14, Minister Xia and four other members of the Weihai Municipal Federation of Trade Unions' grassroots trade union construction survey team, accompanied by Sun Qinghua, a leader of the Gaoxinqu Trade Union, visited our company to conduct a survey on grassroots trade union construction. Company Chairman Sheng Cailiang received the survey team.

During the survey, Minister Xia and his team visited our company's corporate culture corridor, trade union work publicity column, rationalization suggestion publicity column, and trade union activity room. They listened to a special report from the CREDIT trade union on topics including the congress of employees' representatives, the implementation of trade union documents, employee skills competitions, corporate culture construction, employee benefits, collective contracts, protection of female employees, employee food and accommodation, employee cultural learning, employee occupational health, and employee file management. They gave full affirmation to the achievements made in our company's trade union construction.
