From April 9th to 11th, 2019, our company participated in the 30th International Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Food Freezing Processing Exhibition at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At this exhibition, we showcased our new series of food-grade stainless steel Cooling fans and a new type of ultra-quiet cooling tower impeller, and provided visitors with a meticulous service experience.
I. Food-grade stainless steel Cooling fan:
A new generation of ventilation fan product developed for the quick-freezing refrigeration industry with extremely high food hygiene requirements. This product completely avoids the situation where the original Cooling fan rusts into food, ensuring food safety and quality.
II. New type of ultra-quiet cooling tower impeller:
The new design achieves ultra-low noise and excellent lightweight performance. Using a forward-swept wide-blade structure, it reduces noise by lowering the speed, achieving a noise level of 55dB, which is about 15dB lower than existing products, meeting ultra-low noise requirements; using a hollow skeleton structure of aircraft wings, with a thick aluminum plate exterior, it is 50% lighter than traditional fiberglass reinforced plastic blades. This product fills the gap in the domestic market for ultra-low noise and high-reliability cooling tower fans and is a new generation of upgraded products.
