Following the spirit and deployment of the "Enterprise Epidemic Prevention and Control and Resumption of Work and Production" meeting at the provincial, municipal, and district levels, the company submitted a work resumption application for filing to the government authorities on February 5. After the authorities verified that the conditions for work resumption were met, the company officially resumed work and resumed intensive production on February 6.
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, the company has attached great importance to it and responded immediately. Starting from the first day of the Lunar New Year, a general office meeting has been held daily via video conference to study and deploy epidemic prevention and control work. A large number of masks, disinfectants, and traditional Chinese medicine preparations were purchased in a timely manner; all employees used DingTalk to achieve remote online health check-in, monitoring employees' health status and movement trajectories; various departments formulated contingency plans, making detailed plans for aspects such as factory entry temperature checks, office building disinfection, workshop production, canteen dining, and handling of external business. At the same time, in order to meet the employees' learning and training needs, the company also launched a "cloud classroom," allowing employees to use their vacation time for professional development.
Although this Spring Festival holiday was longer than in previous years, all CREDIT employees were busier and more organized than in previous years. On February 5, relevant administrative personnel arrived early to disinfect and clean the premises, providing a safe working environment for returning employees.
All employees resumed work on February 6. The company conducted thorough disinfection of the factory area, measured the body temperature of each employee entering the factory, and distributed 500ml of disinfectant alcohol (for home use) and masks to each employee. Each family was also given 5 bags of traditional Chinese medicine from Tongrentang, prepared by a traditional Chinese medicine hospital, to enhance immunity.
