Congratulations on the successful convening of Weihai CREDIT's year-end summary and commendation conference

On January 21, Wei Hai CreditFan Ventilator Co., Ltd. successfully held its New Year's End-of-Year Summary and Commendation Conference. The general manager and supervisors attended the summary conference and commended the company's advanced employees. Unlike previous years' high-end and atmospheric events, this year's annual meeting was more down-to-earth. Using General Secretary Xi's "2017, Roll up our sleeves and work hard" as the theme of the commendation conference. (The annual meeting opened with a chorus performance by company employees) The general manager delivered a completely impromptu speech, using simple and straightforward language to report on the 2016 work summary and the 2017 work direction, allowing each employee to have a clear position and direction in their development in 2017. The supervisors presented summaries of their respective systems and, together with the general manager, acted as hosts for the commendation ceremony, commending the outstanding employees of each system. Sun Lingwei, head of the newly established PMC department, and Wen Aiwu from the technology department also participated in the awards ceremony. (Lin Rongjing, a top sales performer in 2016, shared his sales experience) The commendation of advanced employees was not just about receiving awards; it also involved sharing excellent experiences on-site. It was a commendation, a learning and experience exchange, and a measure of employee work standards for 2017. At this year's annual meeting, the company established two special honorary awards: the "Touching CREDIT Person" award for Qi Qiwen from the customer service department, and the "CREDIT Craftsmanship Spirit Award" for Wu Jinshan, a skilled technician, inviting his mother to attend the award ceremony and share the moment. (Qi Qiwen was unable to attend the award ceremony due to health reasons) (Wu Jinshan's mother attended the award ceremony) The annual meeting was livestreamed, allowing employees who were away on business trips or working overtime to participate and interact. The highlight was the exciting raffle, with supervisors distributing red envelopes to determine the winners of the first, second, and third prizes. Instead of pre-purchased prizes, there was a "You consume, I pay" prize feast. After an exciting competition, the grand prize was won by Diao Xuezhuo, who was unable to attend due to work. Our annual meeting concluded with a joyful video of the company's new babies born in 2016. In 2017, with blessings and hope, CREDIT will continue to forge ahead and create new glories.
