From October 11th to 16th, the company's general manager, Sheng Junling, accompanied a 19-person delegation from the Weihai Municipal Government led by Mayor Zhang Hui to Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa and Kenya to participate in a trade promotion meeting. During the trip, they also visited the South African factory of the company's joint venture partner and the South African project office of a company client.

On December 8th, the Weihai Top Ten Innovation Experts and Top Ten Gold Medal Workers commendation conference was grandly held. Our company employee, Wu Jinshan, attended the commendation conference and was awarded the honorary title of "Weihai Gold Medal Worker" in 2015.

Wu Jinshan is an outstanding senior welding technician in the company's rail transit project team. A former soldier, Wu Jinshan is dedicated and hardworking, constantly improving his skills. On the company's skill development platform for frontline technicians, Wu Jinshan has fully utilized his welding skills, serving as a council member of the company's technician association for two consecutive terms. At the same time, he actively participates in the company's "master-apprentice" training program, cultivating several outstanding welding technicians for the company.

In terms of personal skills, Wu Jinshan actively participated in the company's organized blue-collar skills training and junior/senior technician professional qualification assessment training. In 2014, he successfully passed the Weihai senior technician professional qualification assessment examination.
