On August 29, the fourth Gaoxian Skills Competition organized by the Weihai Gaoxian Trade Union for the company's skilled workers concluded successfully.

In this skills competition, the company sent welding, machining, fitter, and electrical workers, all of whom demonstrated outstanding skills and achieved excellent results. Chu Wei won first place in the welding group and was awarded the Gaoxian Gold Medal Worker honor. Liu Zhanjun won second place in the welding group, and Du Haiyang received an excellent award in the welding group. Xu Jianglun won second place in the machining group, and Wang Hao received an excellent award in the machining group; Sun Jianmin won second place in the fitter group, and Sun Juntao received an excellent award in the fitter group; Wang Qiang and Pian Xinhong received excellent awards in the electrical group. The company therefore won the honor of the team's second-place prize.
