On January 11, the company held the "Wei Hai CreditFan Ventilator Co., Ltd. Year-End Summary and Commendation Conference and New Year's Gala" at the Vocational School.
The company's guests from afar—Mr. Micheli and Mr. Mario, shareholders from Italy's Telema Company—also attended this grand event. The meeting proceeded according to the schedule, including summary speeches, awards ceremonies, performances, interactive games, and a lucky draw. The entire meeting was fast-paced and enthusiastic.
I. Summary Speeches
Mr. Sheng Cailiang, Chairman of the Board, stated that the remarkable achievements the company made in 2014 were the result of the joint efforts of all employees. He explained the close relationship between the company's development and the country's stable development, emphasizing the importance of upholding the Party's leadership and contributing to the prosperity of the national economy.
Mr. Micheli and Mr. Mario, Vice Chairmen of Phil Company, jointly took the stage to congratulate CREDIT on its remarkable achievements and extend New Year's greetings to all employees.
Mr. Sheng Junling, General Manager of Phil Company, delivered a work report, summarizing the completion of various business indicators in 2014 and reviewing the improvement items from 2012 to 2014: 1. Adjustment of organizational structure: focusing on building platforms, reducing the size of responsibility units, implementing the contracting responsibility system, granting full authority to the company, and creating a competitive atmosphere. Team building; Management team: establishing a long-term mechanism for general manager meetings, establishing a multi-level target indicator system, daily supervision, and incentive mechanisms; 2. Financial control enhances corporate strength: improving the financial budget preparation, execution, and assessment mechanisms, optimizing enterprise resource allocation, implementing credit management for customers, and activating capital flow; 3. Forming a quality, safety, environmental protection, and financial risk control system to reduce company risks; 4. Upgrading and transforming the production site, preparing for increased production capacity.
In Mr. Sheng's work report, he outlined the company's development direction: optimizing financial status, establishing an international brand, continuously increasing employee income, and improving 5S on-site management.
Introduced by the general manager, the heads of the three contracting teams—Li Xiaoling, Li Qin, and Zhang Huanjie—took the stage to elaborate on their respective team's development prospects in 2015 and expressed their determination to achieve the company's targets.
